Dear Sisters and Brothers,

It goes without saying that COVID - 19 has created much disruption in the operational life of our churches. Before the coronavirus was declared a pandemic, some persons did not take it seriously, and as a result, the necessary preparations were not made. In fact the level of disruptions experienced seemed not to have been anticipated.  

Consequently, the CBF being aware of the current challenge, relative to the church ministering in the virtual space, has planned a webinar to further equip the churches to better utilize modern communication technology to aid the delivery of the ministries of the church virtually. The theme of the Webinar will be: "The Church Utilizing Modern Technology for Ministry in the Virtual Space - A Response to COVID - 19." The presenter will be Mrs. Merritt Johnston, Director of Communications for the Baptist World Alliance. 

The Webinar will be held via zoom on Thursday, May 28, 2020 at 5:00 am (Standard Time)/ 6:00 pm (Eastern Standard Time). Kindly see below the zoom link to join this webinar.
